Our Virtual Number and Landline offer, exclusive to Beamlink members.
Welcome to Invoco!
Thank you for visiting. This page will explain what virtual numbers and landlines are, how they work, and your exclusive Beamlink offer at the bottom of the page.
So, what are virtual numbers?
First and foremost, A virtual telephone number is a number which isn’t linked to a telephone line.
When someone calls your virtual number the call goes through to our data centre and then out to whichever phone you’ve directed it to, whether that’s a landline, mobile or VoIP device. This all happens in an instant so your caller will have no idea they’re calling a virtual number. For example:
Customer calls 01/02 number
Call is routed to our platform
Call answered at target office or mobile phone
If you’re running a small business, a virtual number is a great way to give yourself a more professional image, rather than using a mobile or home phone number.
For SMEs or global organisations, virtual numbers allow you to promote a local presence in the UK without having to physically be in that location. You can run a “London office” with an 02 telephone number, wherever you happen to be based.
Virtual numbers are ultra flexible – you can divert calls instantly to a telephone number of your choice. You can also use virtual numbers in your advertising to track which campaigns are winning you work – see our call tracking page for more details.
Virtual numbers are great for keeping track of your call data. Detailed statistics are stored online and will show who called when and for how long. Our call centre clients find the call data particularly useful but all businesses can benefit from keeping track of time spent on calls. You can pick your own number or numbers and be up and running within a matter of minutes!
What's the difference between a virtual number and a virtual landline?
They’re virtually… 😉 the same thing! The only difference is that you can make outbound calls on a virtual landline. It’s all down to how you want to make use of your numbers.
Outside of your Beamlink offer, a virtual number will cost 99p per month and a virtual landline will cost £1.99.

I currently use Invoco for call tracking numbers so I can see when people actually ring the numbers on my adverts, website etc. I can now measure which marketing campaigns are generating my sales leads and therefore which campaigns are working and which aren’t. Invoco’s website is so easy to use and I am no technical expert! Analysing the call data is straightforward too. Costs are really competitive, and the guys from Invoco are really nice and hugely helpful!

“If you are not already using call tracking numbers, you really should be.”
I had heard call tracking mentioned before the convention and have always been hugely frustrated by advertising without knowing whether I was getting a decent ROI, so I took the opportunity at the convention to visit Invoco’s stand and sign up for their offer. Within 2 months I had purchased extra numbers and can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. Not only has it helped me gauge my ROI on various advertising streams but even the ROI of members of my team responsible for running those streams! The Invoco site is incredibly straightforward to use and gives you all the information you need to measure the effectiveness of your adverts. If you are not already using call tracking numbers, you really should be.”
