What are virtual geographic numbers?
Virtual numbers are numbers which aren't connected to a landline. Not being tied to a landline gives virtual numbers great flexibility for you to control how and where you receive your calls.
When anyone calls your virtual landline number, the call comes into our advanced call management platform and from there the call is sent to wherever you want it to: a landline, a mobile, a VoIP device or even an international number. This all happens in an instant so your caller will have no idea they’re calling a virtual number. For example:

How can virtual numbers help your business?
I currently use Invoco for call tracking numbers so I can see when people actually ring the numbers on my adverts, website etc. I can now measure which marketing campaigns are generating my sales leads and therefore which campaigns are working and which aren’t. Invoco’s website is so easy to use and I am no technical expert! Analysing the call data is straightforward too. Frequently asked questions
Once you’ve chosen your numbers, it takes less than five minutes to set up your account and activate your number during normal working hours! If you’re not an existing client and you purchase a number outside of normal working hours then the numbers will be activated first thing the following day.
We don’t tie you into a contract and you can cancel your virtual number at any time. You can simply delete the number from your account via the online portal and your subscription will stop.
No. You can change your redirect number using the online portal as many times as you like.
No. We’re very proud of our clear and easy to understand pricing. Unlike some providers we charge our calls to the second with no call connection charges, minimum call durations, or rounding the duration of the call up to the next minute.
We offer Paypal and Direct Debit.
You can route your virtual number to a mobile phone. The pricing for this depends on the type of virtual number you choose.
Yes. Each user account is VoIP enabled by default so you simply need to configure your device to register with our platform using the login credentials on your dashboard.
You can receive as many concurrent calls on your virtual number as you are capable of handling. You are only limited by the number of lines available to your target number.
Yes. You will need to fill out a Letter of Authority with your new provider who will then contact us to commence the porting process. The length of time it takes to port the number can vary significantly depending on whether or not we already have a porting agreement with the new provider. There is a minimum service term of 12 months for numbers to be ported away from our network and we would charge an administrative fee of £25 plus VAT.
Calls to our 01 & 02 virtual numbers can be made from overseas. Calls to our 08 numbers may be possible but this cannot be guaranteed. If you have overseas clients then it is advisable to offer them an alternative geographic number to call.
