At Invoco Telecom, we’re big on helping businesses to use our technology as efficiently as possible. If your team are going to be making lots of outgoing calls on the Invoco Hosted PBX platform, they need to be using the Invoco Click2Call Chrome Extension.
Manually dialling phone numbers is slow and prone to error. Even if your phone has a web interface and assuming you have access to it, it’s still cumbersome to copy and paste numbers between web pages.
Wouldn’t it be easier if you could just click on a telephone number in your cloud-based CRM, helpdesk or sales system and have the system make the call automatically for you?
This is what the Click2Call extension is for. 
The extension has been designed to work specifically with the applications we integrate with and isn’t a general click2dial app but we may extend this functionality in the future.
The Click2Call extension currently works with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. See below for tutorials on how to set up both!

The Invoco Click2Call extension is designed to work specifically with our range of third party integrations, not web pages in general. However, we are looking at extending the functionality to general websites in a future release.
No, sorry… Invoco Click2Call is designed to work only with the Invoco Hosted PBX system.
