Manually dialling phone numbers is slow and prone to error. Even if your phone has a web interface and assuming you have access to it, it’s still cumbersome to copy and paste numbers between web pages.
Wouldn’t it be easier if you could just click on a telephone number in your cloud-based CRM, helpdesk or sales system and have the system make the call automatically for you?
This is what the Click2Call extension is for. The extension has been designed to work specifically with the applications we integrate with and isn’t a general click2dial app but we may extend this functionality in the future.
