What challenge(s) did you face before working with us? Did anything sway you into choosing us over other providers? How was your experience working with our team?
I needed a non-geographically fixed phone number, after BT had completely borked a location move and our advertised number was not available at the new location. Despite it being within the exact same phone code area. I spoke to Invoco and they got us set up with a virtual number and VoIP phones, and whilst they couldn’t sort the issue with the number what they did do is allow me to have a number that was no longer dependent on BT, or any location based tech issues. Now we have phone systems that we can customise to our use case, and that has changed over the years. If anyone wants total control over their phone number, and VoIP systems then I always recommend Jez and his team at Invoco, plus they are lovely to deal with.

We can easily update, change and review our phone use and the Invoco online dashboard makes everything very clear and simple to manage.
