Our previous provider caused loss of business due to many down times which was a regular monthly issue and all were blamed on BT. Equipment failures and installation issues were also an issue. This prompted us to find another provider.
Have you seen any specific results since using our product/service? (time saved, efficiency boosted using any features?) How has our solution impacted your business overall?
From day one we knew we had a professional provider for our telecoms. Efficiency has improved as a result of analysing the metrics provided in the reports and implementing internal changes. The answering service and call recording has given us confidence to challenge any verbal issues and clients are impressed by the service they receive when calling e.g. seamless transfers etc.
What would you say to another company considering working with us?
What is there to consider? If you want excellent service and a professional support team, look no further. Define your requirements and if Invoco can do it don’t hesitate to get them on board. They have provided the best service we have seen in 8 years, they are competitively priced and nothing is too much trouble. They are innovative and continue to develop their offering. And they have a friendly and responsive support team.

Each bank holiday, and when you need it, they send an advanced email confirming the answering process during closure so you don’t have to think about it. Following a power cut which shut us off completely they worked outside hours to make sure all was OK when power resumed.
