Even if your phone has a web interface and assuming you have access to it, it’s still cumbersome to copy and paste numbers between web pages.

Wouldn’t it be easier if you could just click on a telephone number in your cloud-based CRM, helpdesk or sales system and have the system make the call automatically for you?

This is what the Invoco Dialler application is for. 😉 The application has been designed to work specifically with the applications we integrate with and isn’t a general click2dial app but we may extend this functionality in the future.
