As some of you already know, we’ve had an integration with Hubspot for a short while, but we’d never officially announced it. So here goes…
We’ve released our Hubspot integration!!! Tada!!
Hubspot is a really handy CRM system with marketing, sales, and service software designed to help your business grow. So how does Invoco come into it?
It’ll automatically create new contacts and update existing contact records
So when you receive a call to one of your numbers we’ll do a real-time lookup to your Hubspot database and:
- If we find a contact that matches the caller’s number we’ll add a call note against that contact record and provide a link to the call recording in the Invoco portal, or;
- If we don’t find a contact that matches the caller’s number, we’ll create a new contact in Hubspot and add a call note for that call with a link to the call recording in the Invoco portal.
So now, as well as all of the online and email tracking that Hubspot does so well, you now also have a comprehensive call history for that contact.
You can have desktop call notifications with real-time lookups into your Hubspot system:
See who’s calling you in real-time with desktop notifications (screen pops) linked to your Hubspot system, and if you’re using the Invoco Hosted PBX system, we’ll even send the caller information straight to your Invoco VoIP phone. Clicking on the notification will take you straight into the contact record in Hubspot as well!
