How to whitelist Invoco emails

There’s nothing worse than waiting for an email, and finding it days later in your junk folder. We’d hate for our emails not to reach you in a timely fashion, so we’ve created this article to (hopefully) help you whitelist the Invoco domain, so that you don’t miss an email from us again! 

To whitelist our domain, you can:

In Gmail
  1. Click the gear icon and select See all settings.
  2. Navigate to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  3. Click Create a new filter.
  4. In the From field, enter @invoco.net OR @invoco.io OR @invoco.co.uk
  5. Click Create filter.
  6. Check Never send it to Spam and Always mark it as important.
  7. Click Create filter to save your settings.
In Outlook
  1. Click the Home tab, then Junk in the Delete group
  2. Select Junk E-mail Options
  3. Go to the Safe Senders tab
  4. Click Add and enter @invoco.net, @invoco.io, and @invoco.co.uk and click OK
  5. Click OK, then Apply and Save your settings.

In Proton
  1. Click the gear icon to open settings
  2. Navigate to Mail > Filters
  3. At Safe Senders and domains, click Add safe sender
  4. Enter @invoco.net, @invoco.io, and @invoco.co.uk
  5. Click Save
In Hotmail
  1. Open Settings, then go to View all Outlook settings.
  2. Navigate to Junk email.
  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
  4. Enter invoco.net, invoco.io, and invoco.co.uk.
  5. Click Save.
In Yahoo
  1. Click Settings, then select More Settings.
  2. Navigate to Filters and click Add new filter.
  3. Name the filter and enter @invoco.net OR @invoco.io OR @invoco.co.uk in the From field.
  4. Select Move to Inbox.
  5. Click Save.
