Zoho WorkDrive is the new and updated version of Zoho Docs – and it offers online file management for teams to collaborate.
Hooking up our integration with your WorkDrive will only take 2 minutes, but will automatically push the following file types you choose into your WorkDrive as and when they’re created:
- Invoices: Keep all of your invoices in one place to make it easier to refer to them in the future.
- Weekly reports: Fed up of trawling through your emails to find your weekly reports? Get them pushed to a ‘Weekly Reports’ folder instead. No more searching!
- Call Recordings: Once a call has completed, we’ll push the recording into the call recording folder in your Zoho Docs account which you can store for as long as you need.
- Itemised call records: Once a week, we’ll push a CSV file with itemised call records for the previous week, so if you need to upload the data to a reporting platform or CRM system you can.
If you have multiple Invoco accounts, they can all be integrated with your WorkDrive, because we’ll create separate sub folders for each account name.
Don’t worry if you don’t see a folder for a file type that you have chosen to store straight away… this just means that we haven’t generated a file of that type to push into Zoho WorkDrive yet.
