Just a quick one from me this month. You may remember last month we launched a Holiday Redirect feature which allows you automatically set your holiday re-diversions in advance so you don’t have to remember to log into your Invoco account on the bank holiday to change your settings when you’re supposed to be doing something else and getting those withering looks from friends and family?

Well, a very common conversation I’ve had with customers since we released the feature has gone something like:

Customer: “Jez, it’s great that we can now set our holiday redirects in advance so I don’t have to worry about people calling our number whilst the office is closed but I don’t want the settings to apply to all of my numbers…can I exclude certain numbers?”

Me: “No.”

Customer: “Grrrr!” 🙁

However, as of now the conversation will be more like:

Customer: “Jez, it’s great that we can now set our holiday redirects in advance so I don’t have to worry about people calling our number whilst the office is closed but I don’t want the settings to apply to all of my numbers…can I exclude certain numbers?”

Me: “Yes.”

Customer: “Yay!” 🙂

That’s it for this month. Sorry, doesn’t seem a lot but don’t fret…the team have been beavering away on a particularly chunky project which should be ready for you soon.
