Quick update to let you know that we’ve been listening to our users and we’ve upgraded all of our integrations (with the exception of Infusionsoft) with our most commonly requested feature request..the ability to NOT automatically create new contacts for new callers.
The automatic creation of new contacts has been ideal for some people but an annoyance to others so it is now possible to turn this off.
If this is you then all you need to do is to edit your integration settings and simply remove the default contact name, leaving the contact name fields blank. Simple.
