As you know, not long ago we released our Clio Manage integration. The team at Clio are great, and after showing them our integration and what it could do, they suggested an improvement.
Previously, Invoco would push call details (call duration, call recordings, numbers etc) into the notes tab of whichever contact called in. Now, when someone calls in, you will see these details in the Communications tab of that contact.
