After having our Freshdesk integration out for so long, we thought it was time to bring out a Freshsales integration! So, what does it do?
- If we find a contact that matches the caller’s number we’ll add a call note against that contact record and provide a link to the call recording in the Invoco portal, or;
- If we don’t find a match and you’ve opted for contact creation, we’ll create a new contact with the default contact name you specify - with call details and recordings in that new contact.
You can also see who’s calling you in real-time with desktop notifications linked to your system. Clicking on the notification will take you straight into the contact record – and if you’re using the Invoco Hosted PBX system, we’ll even send the caller information straight to your Invoco VoIP phone.
