This integration will:
- Do a lookup to your High Level database and attempt to match a telephone number to a contact as the phone rings.
- If we find a match, you’ll see automatically generated call notes, including a link to a call recording, sentiment rating and description, appear in the 'notes' tab of that contact's record in High Level
- If we don’t find a match for the telephone number, the integration can create new contacts whilst still populating the same call notes, ready for you to amend with the correct caller name.
- Apply tags to certain calls or to certain numbers when rang, and trigger automations completely of your choosing.
- If enabled, desktop notifications will pop up as you're called, which when clicked, will take you straight into that callers record - saving you from searching as you talk.
- Display the caller’s name on your Invoco VoIP Phone, as long as you have the Contact Lookup feature enabled!
And optionally, with our Invergence system:
- Sentiment analysis scores (and a short explanation on the reasoning for the score), generated by our AI, will help you track how your customer service team are doing, as well as giving you the ability to trigger a workflow if the score is too low.
- Transcribe calls and upload them to contact records automatically.
- Provide in depth call summaries.
- Provide meeting notes and actions based on the results of the call.
- Trigger High Level automations from different call scenarios.
