Microsoft 365 is the productivity cloud that brings together best-in-class Office apps with powerful cloud services, device management, and advanced security. Similarly to the Google Contacts integration, you can’t directly edit or create new contacts in the integration using our software, but we’ll take you straight into your database so that you can do it yourself.
So what does Invoco’s Call Tracking and Hosted PBX integrations into Microsoft 365 do? Well, some pretty cool stuff actually…
This integration will:
- Do a lookup to your Microsoft 365 database and attempt to match a telephone number to a contact,
- If we find a match, you’ll see a desktop notification pop up on your screen with the caller’s name and number. Clicking on that pop up will take you straight into Microsoft 365, showing you the caller’s details.
- If we don’t find a match for the telephone number, you’ll see the same notification pop up, this time, without the option to click.
It will also display the caller’s name on your Invoco VoIP Phone, as long as you have the Contact Lookup feature enabled!
