There’s been a lot of confusion recently around what will change when you make the switch – including the numbers you currently use and are recognised for in your business. Don’t panic! You CAN keep your current numbers when you move over to a cloud telephony system, by simply porting the numbers over to your new provider. Providing we have a porting relationship with your current provider, we can switch your numbers over to our network seamlessly, with no downtime or disruption to your business.
It’s really easy and takes just 3 steps…
- Complete a letter of authority. This is just a bunch of details we’ll need to port your numbers.
- Set up your Invoco account with us in preparation of the number port. If you have an account already, you can skip this part!
- We port your number(s) to our network! We agree a time and date, port, and you can enjoy all the new features and integrations you didn’t have before on your traditional line.
You’ll likely need new hardware (desk phones) too, which can be purchased with us here. No pressure! There’s also the option to use our Invoco Softphone which can be downloaded on your computer and mobile to replace hardware.
