How to transfer calls on a Yealink T19

There are two types of call transfers used on a Yealink T19. A blind transfer and an attended transfer.

A blind transfer is a transfer to another number or extension without starting a call with the other number or extension. The call is then transferred blind.

An attended transfer involves calling a number or extension first to confirm if the user wants to take the call or not. The two calls are then merged together once accepted. This is the most popular transfer method
